Training Philosophy

My National Strength and Conditioning Association certification (NSCA) is recognized as the elite certification in personal training, and is the only personal training certification to be accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies since 1996. These NSCA standards have made this a world certification recognized in many countries. Quality of education, strict adherence to current research and science based training, is not only the NSCA philosophy, but my own as well. These are the high standards that drive my passion for learning, teaching, training, and helping people change their health, their bodies, and sometimes their lives.
